Now I have the engine but I still have a lot more stuff to do before I can get it inside the engine bay. The engine mounts are busted and the transmission bracket for its mount is cracked.
I also need to replace the rear engine mount bracket. The next hing I
have pending is the CV boots that need to be fixed (2). There is a
transmission housing thread without the thread, so a new one has to be
created or I won't be able to securely mount the transmission to the
engine. The transmission throwout bearing is making noise, so I am going to put a new one in. Let's see how it goes. |
